The food was absolutely delicious! The grilled steak, uni hand rolls, and pork belly were all beautifully prepared with great flavor and balance. The sauces paired perfectly, and the drink was super refreshing too.The ambiance was really nice — cozy lighting and a relaxing vibe, perfect for a date night or catching up with friends. Service was attentive but not intrusive.Definitely planning to come back to try their brunch next time. The menu looks amazing!

Blu Ember exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and promptly seated, setting the tone for a great dining experience. The ambiance is elegant yet comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes it perfect for both a casual dinner or a special night out. The menu offered a fantastic variety, and every dish we ordered was outstanding. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the presentation was beautiful. You can tell a lot of thought and care goes into the food here. Whether you’re ordering a steak, seafood, or one of their creative seasonal specials, you’re in for a treat. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, always checking in at the right moments and making sure we had everything we needed. Our server was knowledgeable, offered great recommendations, and genuinely seemed to care that we were enjoying our meal. Blu Ember is definitely a place I would return to and recommend to others. The combination of excellent food, great service, and a welcoming environment makes it a top-tier restaurant. If you’re looking for a memorable dining experience, this is the place to go.

It was a great experience! The ambience is cozy, the lighting and decor create a sophisticated yet not too formal feel, perfect for a get together with friends or a date. Service is a plus, our server was very attentive and friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu, made good recommendations, and kept pace with the dishes. The water glasses were always refilled when empty，which was a nice touch.

I had an amazing experience at Blu Ember. The Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Food was cooked to perfection. The portions were generous, and the flavors were well-balanced. I highly recommend Pork Cheek and Seabass. The ambiance is cozy and clean, perfect for a casual dinner or a small celebration. Highly recommended!

We had brunch at Blue Ember and really enjoyed it. The food was tasty and well-prepared, though definitely on the pricey side. Highlights for us were the steak and eggs (perfectly done) and the smash burger (delicious). The eggs Benedict were especially yummy, and the lobster roll and granola with yogurt were also good choices. Service was adequate, not exceptional, but everything came out in a timely way during our weekday brunch at a non-busy time. Overall, it was a solid brunch with high-quality dishes, just expect hotel pricing.
