MainPlace Mall in Santa Ana is an evolving blend of classic retail and modern reinvention. The current mall offers a decent mix of shops—from well-known brands to niche boutiques—and a strong food court featuring local favorites and recognizable chains. There’s a Regal cinema upstairs for entertainment, and the atmosphere is clean, safe, and family-friendly. What sets MainPlace apart recently, however, is the massive construction underway. The mall is in the midst of a major redevelopment project, which includes plans for luxury apartments, green spaces, and revamped dining options. Walking through the mall, you can already see the scaffolding and blocked-off areas as crews work to reshape its future. Though the construction creates some temporary inconvenience, the promise of a modern, mixed-use community hub is exciting. It’s clear MainPlace is aiming to stay relevant in the era of online shopping by becoming more than just a mall. Suitable price for those who are looking some simple brands not luxury ones. I bought shoes there with promotion BOGO - 50% and it looks like product in my country 😂 Have food court on the 2nd floor Have family lounge ✅✅

This was the place to go back in the days for shopping, foods, games, and movies since it location is right near everything, museum, discover cubes, restaurants, shops, hospitals, freeways. Inside it's big bad have a handful of well known departments plus great foods courts out plenty varieties of choices. Service is mostly great but there are days that it was underperforming. As for value, it's depending on what you're looking for and where you shop. Overall, it is reasonable in value plus a great way for family outing and dining on budget. Great decorations during holidays too.

The stores it was cute! I got some decent clothes and shoes for myself at the mall. The price is reasonable and some stores had amazing discount! The food was tasty. I went to the pho place the noodle and the soup part of good but the meat it was okay. It wasn’t my favorite. After that I got some desert which are really adorable! The was too sweet for me but they are delicious!

Thanksgiving to Christmas is a time to go shopping. For me, the food here was alright and the price was affordable, but the food (my order) was to salty and a bit unhealthy in my opinion. All in all, the place is more relaxing to stroll around compared to Malls in San Jose (crowded).
