Absolutely fantastic pizza place that serves perhaps the best pizza I have ever had. The Margherita Special was so simple yet the quality of the ingredients made it heavenly. The bitterness of the burnt crust perfectly complimented the sweetness of the tomatoes and saltiness of the cheese. The Mala lamb sausage was such a unique flavor combination for a pizza and definitely worth trying. The tiramisu was also very good. They have limited indoor seating since the space is quite small and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Went to Pizzeria Sei for some Tokyo style pizza for the first time. Pizzeria Sei recently ranked 8th best pizza place in the US, so I'm excited to try. The pizzas were made in a beautiful wood burning oven. We ordered 5 different types of pizzas: 3 from the regular menu: Margherita, Diavola, and Patate and 2 from their specials: Mala Lamb Sausage and Riviera. We enjoyed the Margarita, Diavola, and the Riviera. The other two were not our favorites. But we all loved the Caesar salad with anchovies. We were stuffed and had plenty of leftovers to take home. The only regret is not ordering the Bismarck. Another reason to come.

Incredible pizza! Absolutely worth the wait but definitely recommend getting a reservation if you can. We ended up sitting outside which excluded us from getting any alcoholic beverages which was fine because we got drunk on pizza! We split a Caesar salad, pickled vegetable appetizer, and ordered two pizzas for three people. It was more than enough food and we polished off the meal by splitting a tiramisu. It was define! The dough really was the star of the show here with a soft chewy texture at the center, but a crispy crust. I definitely wanna come back and sit at the bar as I’m sure it’s fun to watch them make the pies as you’re enjoying them.

Tremendous experience from the service to the food. Very hospitality focused team despite the diminutive space. The pizza delivers on a very high level. It’s hard to deny the hype around these pies. They are delicious and covered with quality ingredients. The dough is perfection.
