One of the best Starbucks Reserve locations I’ve ever been to. The wait was long, and unfortunately, they were out of their express drinks due to an issue. Despite this, the ambiance was outstanding, and their pastry collection was tempting and delightful. We decided to try their experimental coffee bar and ordered the whiskey-aged nitro brew and miso hot chocolate. The nitro brew was incredible, with a subtle whiskey flavor without being alcoholic. The hot chocolate was refreshing, fresh, and soothing. Both drinks were a delightful treat. The croissant was fresh and generously filled with chocolate. Overall, I had a fantastic experience, even though we couldn’t order from their regular menu. I’ll definitely return to try more of their unique flavors.

The Starbucks Reserve Roastery offers a unique and upscale café experience that feels more like a destination than a typical coffee stop. The beautifully designed interiors, multiple levels, and open brewing areas create an energetic and immersive atmosphere that makes the visit memorable. The food selection was a pleasant surprise—items like the pizzas and cakes were fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, making them a strong highlight of the experience. The coffee, however, leaned on the stronger side and tasted slightly bitter for my preference. It would be helpful if sugar and whipped cream were offered or more readily available when drinks are served, allowing guests to customize their coffee more easily. Additionally, adding the names of the drinks directly on the glasses when served would make it easier to identify the coffees, especially when trying multiple varieties. The rooftop area was another highlight, offering a great ambiance and views. However, it tends to remain crowded on weekends and during holidays, making it difficult to relax or spend extended time there without feeling rushed. Overall, the Starbucks Reserve Roastery is worth visiting for its atmosphere, food options, and unique concept. While it may not be ideal for a quiet, laid-back visit during peak times, it’s an excellent spot to explore, enjoy good food, and experience Starbucks in a more elevated and engaging setting.

As it’s so famous and must visit as a Starbucks fan;) it can be a long queue to wait depends on the time frame you visit. They do offer more variant food compare to the other Starbucks. And signature drinks such as expresso martini etc. pity that the alcohol free drinks were not available, and the ones with alcohol are premixed ~ therefore I could not try this time. But for you will find many goodies here. It has 5 floors including the rooftop area which was closed due to the out of the season. Hope you will have fun there;)

After four different attempts to visit this place, I finally made it in — and I really enjoyed it. I think the main reason was timing: there was no line at all, and most of the floors were almost empty. That made the experience calm, enjoyable, and unrushed, allowing me to truly explore the space and take it all in. That said, after seeing the extremely long lines outside the Roastery, I honestly don’t think it’s worth waiting in line just to get in. The place is definitely cool and beautifully designed, but the hype and the lines feel more driven by marketing than by the actual experience inside. If you can visit when it’s quiet, it’s a great stop. If not, I’d probably skip the line.

Grandiose “coffee house”. Very interesting design. Too crowded for what it is, but really cool. First floor had only coffee to go and the lines were the shortest there. The lines on the second and third floors were about 30 minutes or longer wait. The last fourth floor had the bar with no lines and no coffee, just drinks. That’s where weee stopped to get a flight if espresso martinis. Was really nice, but expensive for what it is. Would I go there again? No. But to see it once was very impressive.
