Enjoyed my visit to Sushi Den. The ambiance is cozy and lively, and sitting at the counter was a highlight , it’s fun watching the chefs work right in front of you. The sushi chef was friendly, and we had a brief chat while he prepared our order. Service was great too. I dropped my chopsticks at one point, and the waiter brought me a new pair within seconds, which I appreciated. The sushi was fresh and delicious. We tried one from the Tokyo menu, and it was impressive. Overall, good food, attentive staff, and a great spot for sushi in Denver. I’d definitely come back.

what an amazing experience! Came here while on vacation here in Denver. Sushi was fresh and flavorful, super on point! Sat right at the bar with the chef who made our sushi right in front of us he got skills this guy. Our server was very friendly and amazing. The restaurant was very clean. It got very busy really fast we came right at 5pm as the dinner service started and made it just before the huge rush! The experience definitely lived up to its reputation. Would highly recommend this place. Their fish is also shipped fresh from Japan daily with in the 24 hours of the catch. 100% recommend!

Was sat at the sushi bar. Specifically at the corner. This is the corner slow here servers pick up the sushi plate. The service is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. However, that server pick up corner at the sushi bar needs to be figured out. A food ticket fell into the persons beer next to me, then something fell into his water. I had two servings of wasabi fall onto my arm from plates. Servers are constantly reaching right over you with plates coming within inches of your head. Aside from that, some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. The prices were excellent for the quality of the food and sake. So excited to try this restaurant again!!

Food was spectacular! Everything we ordered was incredibly good. Every dish was full of flavor. Our server Tim was absolutely amazing and exceeded every expectation. He was friendly, attentive, and his attention to detail elevated the entire experience. Everyone we interacted with was very kind and welcoming. Thank you.

Went out to eat here for my birthday. Amazing experience! Open kitchen. Friendly chefs. Fresh and delicious sushi of all kinds. The whiskey flights were awesome as well. Affordable considering the quality of everything. Will definitely be back.
